The Shadow-Caster SCM-MFD-Kit lets you take control of your boat’s RGB lighting like never before. This cutting-edge RGB light controller integrates seamlessly with your existing multi-function display (MFD), giving you the power to manage up to six lighting zones. It works with Shadow-NET-enabled and RGB or RGBW lighting.
It is compatible with top marine MFD brands like Garmin, Simrad, and Raymarine and offers complete control over color, brightness, fade modes, strobe effects, and even music synchronization. Music sync transforms your boat into a floating sound and light show, with lights that pulse to the beat or change colors based on the music’s energy.
The SCM-MFD-KIT lets you create custom lighting scenes that can be recalled later. Shadow-NET technology simplifies installation and operation, allowing commands to flow between the controller and Shadow-NET-enabled devices.

SCM-MFD-Bridge
- Acts as a communication bridge between your Multi-function Display and the SCM-MZ-LC light controller.
- Connects to MFD through a standard Ethernet cable.
- Cable provided. However, a manufacturer adapter may be needed.
- Connects to SCM-MZ-LC through a Shadow-Net communication cable. (1-meter cable included)

- The controller is built inside a watertight box that protects wiring from moisture. You’ll have fewer corrosion problems.
- It provides a central location to wire, power, and control up to four sets of lights and control two additional sets.
- Each light connects to its own color-coded connectors. This makes wiring mistake-free and straightforward.
- Each set of connectors has its own fuse. This protects your lights and simplifies troubleshooting.
- Control wires allow you to connect to underwater lights. A 3.5mm female audio jack connects the controller to your audio system for music sync.
- Supplies power to lights wired to the SCM-MZ-LC. This dramatically reduces voltage drop.
- Includes Shadow-Net Technology for advanced control over your lights.
